One of our dedicated Enforcement Agents will visit the tenant at a prearranged time (which is convenient for them) to set up a payment plan and to take control. The options for payment are letting us take care of collecting all payments or the tenant paying you, the landlord directly.
By taking out a PCGA it insures both yourself and Tenant are protected. You, the Landlord have control of the Goods throughout the duration of the payment plan.
